District 125 spans Pune, Nashik, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Kolhapur, Ahmednagar and Goa. Chartered in the post-Covid era (July 2022), it brings with it 100+ clubs! We follow the principle of “First In, and In, and In” Which means – Once you enter Dist. 125, you will grow unabated.​

Crescendo125 is District Annual conference of District125. This event showcases multiple speech contests, keynote speeches and multiple engaging sessions for all the District125 members and beyond. There would be 300-400 members are expected to attend. This is also an excellent opportunity to showcase your brand in form of stalls and sponsorships.

Sujit Sukumaran, DTM

Sujit is the CEO of Optimus Management Consultants and a lecturer at the University of West London, with over 18 years of experience. He is a managing trustee for PRERANA and a Zayed Inspirer Award recipient.

Savinder Puri

Savinder is the Associate VP – DevSecOps, SRE with Zensar Technologies in Pune, India, a recognized DevOps leader, and an accomplished author on career building and spirituality.

Dear District 125 Members,
 
Greetings from Sushil Pawar, Your District Director from 1st July 2025
 
First and foremost please join me in thanking the outgoing leaders led by Milind Patwardhan, DTM for leading our District last year .
 
I feel so honored to be given this opportunity to lead the District in the coming year and pledge to do my best to fulfill your expectations. Toastmasters International is a non-profit educational organization with its mission – ” We empower individuals to become more effective communicators and leaders” I assure you that my team and I will keep this mission in our minds as we go about fulfilling our District Mission of ” We build new clubs and support all clubs in achieving excellence”.

As you do so we will start planning various activities and keep you regularly informed. Please reach out to your Club President or Area Director for any concerns/suggestions. I am just a WhatsApp message away for each one of you.
